PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement processing device capable of promoting sales to a user of a settlement service by using the information of settlement processing and an automatic vending machine having the settlement processing device.SOLUTION: The settlement processing device is configured to store type information of a settlement service used for settlement, a card ID unique to a medium applied to an IC card 30 used for settlement and the information of sales merchandise related to settlement as transaction information of each settlement processing, and to output the transaction information to a predetermined information provision destination so that it is possible to use the transaction information in which those information is associated with each other at the information provision destination.
