Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in accuracy of a vibration test of structures.SOLUTION: A vibration testing device 1 comprises: a vibration stage 2 that includes a table 6, drive means 7, and a control device 8; and an excitation device 3 that is provided on the vibration stage. In the vibration stage 2, a drive command a is given to the drive means 7 in accordance with a vibration waveform of a base of a structure from the control device 8, and a vibration of the base is simulated by means of the table 6. The excitation device 3 comprises: a movement table 12; an actuator 13; and a control device 14. In the movement table 12, loaded is a test body 4 of a part on an upper side further than a part near to a lower side of the structure and to be subjected to numerical modelling. The control device 14 is configured to give the actuator 13 a command for reproducing behaviors occurring in the uppermost section of the part numerically modeled by the vibration of the base. By the vibration stage 2, the vibration of the base of the structure is reproduced, and the behavior of the numerically modeled part of the structure is reproduced by the excitation device 3, which in turn a vibration behavior of a corresponding part of the structure is simulated in the test body 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 構造物の振動試験の精度の向上化を図る。【解決手段】 振動試験装置1は、テーブル6と駆動手段7と制御装置8とを備える振動台2と、その上に設けられた加振装置3とを備える。振動台2では、制御装置8より駆動手段7へ構造物の基礎の振動波形に応じた駆動指令aを与えて、テーブル6で基礎の振動を模擬させる。加振装置3は、移動テーブル12とアクチュエータ13と制御装置14とを備える。移動テーブル12には、構造物の下寄りの数値モデル化される部分よりも上側の部分の試験体4が載置される。制御装置14は、基礎の振動により数値モデル化された部分の最上部に生じる挙動を再現する指令をアクチュエータ13へ与える。振動台2により構造物の基礎の振動を再現し、加振装置3により構造物の数値モデル化された部分の挙動を再現することにより、試験体4では、構造物の対応する部分の振動挙動が模擬される。【選択図】図1 |
