EXTRANEOUS MATTER REMOVAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove the sticky attachment adhered on the heat exchanger tube of a waste combustion boiler.SOLUTION: An extraneous matter removal device of the invention that is disposed to oppose an end face opening of a heat transfer tube group on which the sticky attachment is adhered and that comprises: a rotary shaft that penetrates a casing of a waste combustion boiler and extends from the casing outside to the inside and that is supported movably toward the end face opening of the heat exchanger tube on which the attachment is adhered as well as rotatably; and a cleaning arm that is supported to one end of the rotary shaft and that extends in an orthogonal direction to the end face opening. By rotating the rotary shaft of the extraneous matter removal device in a state in which the rotary shaft is advanced toward the end face opening so as to rotate the cleaning arm in a state in which the cleaning arm comes close to the end face opening, the invention effectively removes the sticky attachment by scraping it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 廃棄物燃焼ボイラの伝熱管に付着する粘着性の付着物を効果的に除去する。【解決手段】 本発明による付着物除去装置は、廃棄物燃焼ボイラのケーシングを貫通しケーシング外部から内部に伸びて付着物が付着した伝熱管の端面開口部に向かって進退自在、且つ、回転自在に支持された回転シャフト、及び、回転シャフトに一端を支持されて端面開口部に対して直交する方向に伸びるクリーニングアームを備えた構成であり、粘着性付着物が付着する伝熱管群の端面開口部に対向して配される。本発明は前述した付着物除去装置の回転シャフトを端面開口部に向かって前進させた状態で回転させることによって、クリーニングアームが端面開口部に近接した状態で回転することにより粘着性付着物を効果的に掻きとり除去する。【選択図】 図１
