Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve mechanism having a simple and small-sized structure.SOLUTION: A check valve mechanism 110 includes: a ring member [O-ring 121] formed into a ring shape by an elastic body; and a supporting member [a shaft 112] for supporting the ring member. The ring member is arranged to close a midway part [a ring groove inner flow passage 115b] of a flow passage [a supplementation flow passage 116] for fluid [seal material] flowing from a flow source [a syringe 51] side toward an object of flow [a storing part 53a] side. The ring member has a structure constructed in such a way that when a first pressure P1 applied from the flow source side to the ring member is higher than a second pressure P2 applied from the object of flow side to the ring member, the ring member is elastically deformed to release the flow passage and in turn when the first pressure is lower than the second pressure, the ring member is recovered to close the flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】簡素でかつ小型な構造の逆止弁機構を提供する。【解決手段】逆止弁機構110は、弾性体によってリング状に形成されたリング部材(Oリング121)と、リング部材を支持する支持部材(シャフト112)と、を有している。リング部材は、流動元(シリンジ51)側から流動先(貯留部53a)側に向かって流れる流体(シール材)の流路(補充流路116)の途中部分(リング溝内流路115b)を塞ぐように配置されている。リング部材は、流動元側からリング部材にかかる第1圧力P1が流動先側からリング部材にかかる第2圧力P2よりも高いときに、弾性変形することによって、流路を開放し、一方、第1圧力が第2圧力よりも低いときに、復元することによって、流路を閉鎖する構造になっている。【選択図】図5
