Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin holder for angular contact ball bearing capable of effectively eliminating an appearance defect while increasing the number of balls that can be held, by increasing the number of pockets without performing resin flow analysis in the case of novel design.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a synthetic resin holder 1A for angular contact ball bearing in which multiple pockets 4 are formed from an annular part 2 and multiple column parts 3 that are formed in a circumferential direction while protruding axially from the annular part 2. The synthetic resin holder for angular contact ball bearing is characterized in that a recess A1 is provided in such a shape that a portion from the same axial coordinate position C1 as a center of a ball R in the pocket 4 on an inner face of the column part 3 or from a position axially separated from the axial coordinate position C1 on the inner face of the column part 3 to a distal end face 6A is cut. Since the synthetic resin holder for angular contact ball bearing is formed while including the recess A1, it is not necessary to check a deletion shape of a filling defect location by performing resin flow analysis each time the holder 1A is newly designed, the holder 1A can be made lightweight and cost of material can be saved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】新規設計の際に樹脂流動解析を行うことなく、ポケット数を増加させて保持可能なボールの数を増加できるとともに、外観不良を効果的に無くすことができるアンギュラ玉軸受用合成樹脂製保持器を提供する。【解決手段】円環部2及び円環部2から各々軸方向へ突出する形で周方向に複数形成された柱部3によりボールの嵌まる複数のポケット4を形成したアンギュラ玉軸受用合成樹脂製保持器1Aであって、柱部3の内面のポケット4の球R中心と同じ軸方向座標位置C1又は柱部3の内面の軸方向座標位置C1から軸方向へ離間した位置から先端面6Aにわたる部分を切除した形状の窪みA1を設けてなることを特徴とする。窪みA1を有する形状にしているので、保持器1Aを新規に設計する度毎に樹脂流動解析を行って充填不良箇所の削除形状を検討する必要が無く、保持器1Aを軽量化できるとともに材料費を節約できる。【選択図】図1 |
