ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that maintenance work cannot be performed because connection is made to a radio communication part of an elevator being not a maintenance object when a maintenance person erroneously selects a radio communication part of an elevator which the maintenance person tries to connect by radio communication.SOLUTION: A maintenance terminal device transmits a work scheduled time of maintenance work and elevator identification information for specifying an elevator that undergoes maintenance work to a monitoring center device, and receives second authentication information from the monitoring center device to an elevator control device. The monitoring center device transmits the second authentication information which becomes effective only for a workable time to the maintenance terminal device on the basis of the work scheduled time and the elevator identification information received from the maintenance terminal device. Also, the monitoring center device transmits the workable time and first authentication information to an elevator specified by the elevator identification information. The elevator collates the first authentication information received from the monitoring center device with the second authentication information received from the maintenance terminal device, and permits connection of the maintenance terminal device for the workable time on the basis of a collation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】保守員が無線通信により接続しようとする昇降機の無線通信部の選択を誤ると、保守対象ではない昇降機の無線通信部に接続し、保守作業を行えなくなる。【解決手段】保守端末装置は、保守作業の作業予定時間、及び保守作業が行われる昇降機を特定するための昇降機識別情報を監視センター装置に送信し、監視センター装置から昇降機制御装置に第２認証情報を受信する。監視センター装置は、保守端末装置から受信した作業予定時間、及び昇降機識別情報に基づいて、作業可能時間だけ有効となる第２認証情報を保守端末装置に送信する。また、監視センター装置は、昇降機識別情報により特定される昇降機に作業可能時間及び第１認証情報を送信する。昇降機は、監視センター装置から受信した第１認証情報と、保守端末装置から受信した第２認証情報とを照合し、照合結果に基づいて作業可能時間における保守端末装置の接続を許可する。【選択図】図１
