Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip tool coupling structure which enables even a remote operation rod configured of a plurality of operation rods to rapidly and securely exchange a tip tool and is capable of favorably holding insulation in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A tip tool coupling structure 1 consists of a coupler 20 at the tip of a remote operation rod 12 and a plug 7 that is a tip tool 2. The plug 7 has an annular groove 7a and a fitting shaft 7b. The coupler 20 consists of a tip side plug receiver 22 and an at-hand side cylindrical part 30. A locking ball 26a embedded in the housing part 26 of the plug receiver 22 is pressed in a diameter reducing direction by the inner protrusion 28b of an externally provided sleeve part 28. This locking ball 26a fits into the annular groove 7a to lock a coupling state. The remote operation rod 12 keeps an insertion part 18a inserted with the flange part 18b of a plug body 18 sealed with an opening edge. The cylindrical part 30 is arranged to cover the remote operation rod 12 and the flange part 18b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の操作棒で構成される遠隔操作棒であっても、迅速かつ確実に先端工具を交換することができ、且つ簡易な構成により絶縁性も良好に保持できる先端工具連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】先端工具連結構造1は、遠隔操作棒12の先端の連結具20と、先端工具2のプラグ7とからなる。プラグ7は環状溝7aと嵌合軸7bとを有する。連結具20は先端側のプラグ受具22と手元側の筒部30とからなる。プラグ受具22のハウジング部26に埋設された施錠ボール26aが、外設のスリーブ部28の内突部28bによって縮径方向へ押圧される。この施錠ボール26aが環状溝7aに嵌入して連結状態がロックされる。遠隔操作棒12には、栓体18の鍔部18bが開口縁に掛止した状態で挿設部18aが挿入されている。筒部30は、遠隔操作棒12と鍔部18bとを覆うように配置される。【選択図】図1 |
