COIL COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component capable of ensuring adhesion between an external terminal and a magnetic resin layer.SOLUTION: A coil component 1 includes a first surface 1a and a second surface 1b that face each other. The coil component 1 includes: coil conductors 21 and 22 formed in a spiral shape; an insulating resin layer 35 covering the coil conductors; a magnetic resin layer 40 provided on a first surface side of the insulating resin layer and not provided on a second surface side of the insulating resin layer; and external terminals 61 and 62 provided on one surface of at least the first surface side of the magnetic resin layer and electrically connected to the coil conductors. The magnetic resin layer 40 is made of a composite material of resin and metal magnetic powder.
