Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensitive control valve having improved followability to an external atmospheric temperature.SOLUTION: In one embodiment of this invention, a temperature sensitive control valve 1 includes: a flow path 12 in which cooling water flows; a valve seat 16 arranged in the flow path 12; a valve body 14 adapted to be seated on the valve seat 16; an SMA spring 17 arranged so as to energize the valve body 14 in the direction of approaching the valve seat 16, and formed of a shape-memory alloy which is sensitive to a temperature to change its generated load; a storage chamber 13 storing the SMA spring 17; a ventilation window 32 for opening the storage chamber 13 to the outside; and a barrier membrane 15 connected to the valve body 14 for segregating the flow path 12 and the storage chamber 13 from each other.
