METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF ABNORMALITY WHEN MANUFACTURING, PROGRAM FOR ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION WHEN MANUFACTURING, AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform abnormality determination at a high accuracy.SOLUTION: A model matching part 52 acquires normal work animated cartoon data, and performs matching processing for each frame of said normal work animated cartoon data and an object model. Further, an evaluation correction value setting part 53 sets an evaluation correction value, for the purpose of further lowering weighting as possibility such that the object is photographed decreases, for every frame on the basis of a result of the matching processing. An abnormal score calculation part 61 calculates an abnormal score from animated cartoon data of a robot hand which executes an assembly work and a reference animated cartoon, an abnormal score correction part 62 corrects the abnormal score value by the evaluation correction value of each frame and calculates an abnormal score value after correction, and an integrated determination part 63 calculates a cumulative abnormal score value on the basis of the abnormal score value after correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】高精度な異常判断を行う。【解決手段】モデルマッチング部５２が正常作業動画データを取得し、正常作業動画データのフレームそれぞれと、対象物モデルとのマッチング処理を行う。また、評価補正値設定部５３は、マッチング処理の結果に基づいて、対象物が写っている可能性が低いフレームほど重み付けを低くするための評価補正値をフレームごとに設定する。そして、異常スコア算出部６１は、組立作業を実行するロボットハンドの動画データと基準動画とから異常スコア値を算出し、異常スコア補正部６２が、異常スコア値を各フレームの評価補正値で補正して補正後異常スコア値を算出し、該補正後異常スコア値に基づいて、統合判断部６３が累積異常スコア値を算出する。【選択図】図３
