Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved matrix for material separation and recovery of a dry vibration magnetic filter.SOLUTION: A dry vibration magnetic filter includes a canister assembly having a lamination matrix stack 22, a spring suspension for suspending the canister assembly, and a vibration drive for vibrating the canister assembly. The lamination matrix stack 22 includes a plurality of magnetizable alternate layers of matrix grids 24 of ferritic stainless steel or austenite stainless steel. Each of them includes an outer peripheral ring having a first length, and a plurality of pipes to be cut having a second length which is shorter than the first length. The pipes to be cut are arranged in a single layer in a vertical direction suspended in the outer peripheral ring, and fill a cross sectional region of the outer peripheral ring. A gap is created with the outer edge of the outer peripheral ring and with an upper side and a lower side of each of the pipes to be cut. Each of the pipes to be cut is attached to at least one other pipe to be cut or the outer peripheral ring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
