Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation control device that shortens the time required from occurrence of an accident until arrival of moving means to a destination.SOLUTION: An observation control device includes an acquiring unit for acquiring facilities information containing information representing the position of facilities for supplying power to customers and information representing the facilities, and accident information containing information representing occurrence of an accident of an electric wire for supplying electric power supplied from an electric power supply source to the customers, information representing an accident form, and information representing a section where the accident has occurred in the electric wire, a destination determination unit for determining a destination of an unmanned aerial vehicle for observing an accident based on the accident information and the facilities information acquired by the acquisition unit, a flight control information generation unit for generating flight control information used for controlling flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle based on the destination determined by the destination determination unit, an observation target selection unit for selecting an observation target facilities as observation target facilities of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and an observation control information generation unit for generating observation control information used for controlling an observation operation at the destination of the unmanned aerial vehicle based on the observation target facilities selected by the observation target selection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
