FREON MANAGEMENT INFORMATION GENERATOR AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freon management information generator capable of facilitating creation of information for reporting the conformity to freon emission regulation.SOLUTION: A freon emission regulation management system 10 includes: an information acquisition section 11 that acquires a piece of freon information, from a client management system 2, a piece of client management information including a piece of client information, a piece of building information, a piece of facility information and a piece of work information, and a piece of freon information including recovery amount and charge amount of freon during a work made on a piece of commercial refrigeration air-conditioning equipment from a freon information management system 3, a freon management information generation part 12 that generates a piece of freon management information while associating with a piece of client management information, a piece of freon information and a piece of manager's information of a manager who has the responsibility to report to the national authority when leakage amount of freon exceeds a certain amount; and a report creation processing part 13 that create airport referring to the freon management information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】フロン排出抑制法に適合した報告書の作成の便宜を図る情報を提供する。【解決手段】フロン点検記録簿管理システム１０は、契約先情報、建物情報、設備情報及び作業情報を含む顧客管理情報を顧客管理システム２から、業務用冷凍空調機器に対する作業でのフロンの回収量及び充填量を含むフロン情報をフロン情報管理システム３からそれぞれ取得する情報取得部１１と、顧客管理情報、フロン情報及びフロンの漏えい量が一定量を超えたときに国への報告義務を負う管理者の管理者情報を関連付けてフロン管理情報を生成するフロン管理情報生成部１２と、フロン管理情報を参照して報告書を作成する報告書作成処理部１３と、有する。【選択図】図１
