PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet which suppresses whitening by a temperature change.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin sheet that contains multilayer particles (B), which contain at least a layer (a) formed from a polymer containing 80-99.99 mass% of a methyl methacrylate unit, 0.01-2 mass% of a crosslinkable monomer unit and 0-19.99 mass% of other copolymerizable monomer units, a layer (b) formed from a polymer containing 70-99.8 mass% of an alkyl acrylate unit, 0.2-10 mass% of a crosslinkable monomer unit and 0-29.8 mass% of other copolymerizable monomer units, and a layer (c) formed from a polymer containing 80-100 mass% of a methyl methacrylate unit and 0-20 mass% of other copolymerizable monomer unit, contain 5-15 pts.mass of the layer (a), 40-60 pts.mass of the layer (b) and 35-50 pts.mass of the layer (c) with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of the layer (a), the layer (b) and the layer (c), have the layer (a), the layer (b) and the layer (c) arranged in this order from the center of the particle toward the outer surface of the particle, and have an average particle size of 90-150 nm; and a methacryl resin (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 温度変化による白化が抑制される樹脂シートを提供する。【解決手段】 メチルメタクリレート単位８０〜９９．９９質量％、架橋性単量体単位０．０１〜２質量％および共重合可能な他の単量体単位０〜１９．９９質量％を含んでなる重合体からなる層(a)と、アルキルアクリレート単位７０〜９９．８質量％、架橋性単量体単位０．２〜１０質量％および共重合可能な他の単量体単位０〜２９．８質量％を含んでなる重合体からなる層(b)と、メチルメタクリレート単位８０〜１００質量％および共重合可能な他の単量体単位０〜２０質量％を含んでなる重合体からなる層(c)とを少なくとも含み、層(a)、層(b)および層(c)の合計１００質量部に対して、層(a)が５〜１５質量部、層(b)が４０〜６０質量部および層(c)が３５〜５０質量部であり、粒子中心から粒子外表面に向かって層(a)、層(b)、層(c)の順に配されており且つ平均粒子径が９０〜１５０ｎｍである多層粒子（Ｂ）、およびメタクリル樹脂（Ａ）を含んで成る樹脂シート。【選択図】 なし
