TWO-LIQUID TYPE COATING COMPOSITION AND COATING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid coating composition capable of obtaining a colorless transparent coated film which can visually confirm a coated state such as an uncoated portion and coating unevenness, and is discolored for a short time after construction, and to provide a coating method of a structure wall surface or the like using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a two-liquid coating composition which has a first agent containing a binder resin, a curcumine pigment and a curing catalyst and a second agent containing organic polyisocyanate having an isocyanate group, where a content of the curcumine pigment contained in the first agent is 0.0015-0.25 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of the components contained in the first agent, and a content of the curing catalyst is 0.001-5 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the binder component.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】塗り残しや塗りむら等の塗装状態を目視で確認することができ、かつ、施工後は短時間で退色して、無色透明な塗膜を得ることができる二液型塗料組成物及びこれを用いた構造物壁面等の塗装方法を提供する。【解決手段】バインダー樹脂、クルクミン色素、及び硬化触媒を含む第一剤と、イソシアネート基を有する有機ポリイソシアネートを含む第二剤とを備えてなり、第一剤に含まれるクルクミン色素の含有量は、第一剤に含まれる成分の合計１００質量部に対して、０．００１５〜０．２５質量部であり、硬化触媒の含有量は、バインダー樹脂成分１００質量部に対して、０．００１〜５質量部であることを特徴とする二液型塗料組成物。【選択図】なし
