Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain downsizing of a stator coil while preventing insulation paper from being dragged by the stator coil when inserting the stator coil into a slot.SOLUTION: Side parts 44b and 44c of an insulation member are deformed from a rectangular shape to a shape in which one corner corresponding to an inner rib 38 of a component cuff support among four corners of the rectangular shape is notched so as to be abutted to the inner ring 38, such that corners Cb and Cc of the side parts 44b and 44c are abutted to the inner rib 38. Thus, downsizing of the segment coil can be attained while preventing the insulation member from being dragged by the segment coil when inserting a segment coil from an opposite side of the component cuff support with respect to a stator core 22 towards the component cuff support.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】スロット内にステータコイルを挿通する際に絶縁紙がステータコイルに引きずられることを抑制しつつ、ステータコイルの小型化を図る。【解決手段】絶縁部材の側部44b,44cを、矩形から、矩形の4隅のうちの部品カフサの内側リブ38に対応する1隅を内側リブ38に当接するように切り欠いた形状として、側部44b,44cの隅部Cb,Ccを内側リブ38に当接させる。これにより、セグメントコイルを、ステータコア22に対して部品カフサの反対側から部品カフサに向けて挿入する際に、絶縁部材がセグメントコイルに引きずられることを抑制しつつ、セグメントコイルの小型化を図ることができる。【選択図】図3 |
