PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system for improving business efficiency by efficiently extracting a highly prospective order reception case from among a lot of cases of inquiries placed by potential customers without actual transaction via a business support list.SOLUTION: A server device 1 comprises: a storage part 13 for storing customer information; an attack list generation part 11b for extracting latent customers, dormant customers, and regular customers by referring to the customer information of the storage part 13, and for extracting customers from order reception accuracy, and for extracting customers pertinent to a business activity plan to generate an attack list; and an attack list management part 11c for updating the content of the attack list, and for newly registering and managing a business activity result in association with the attack list.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】営業支援リストを介して、取引実績がない潜在顧客から寄せられる数多くの引き合い案件の中から、受注見込みが高い案件を効率良く抽出できるようにし、営業効率向上させる営業支援システム等を提供する。【解決手段】サーバ装置１は、顧客情報を蓄積した記憶部１３と、記憶部１３の顧客情報を参照し、潜在顧客、休眠顧客、及びレギュラー顧客を抽出し、受注確度から顧客を抽出し、あるいは営業活動計画に該当する顧客を抽出し、アタックリストを生成するアタックリスト生成部１１ｂと、アタックリストの内容を更新し、営業活動結果をアタックリストと紐づけて新たに登録し、管理するアタックリスト管理部１１ｃとを備えている。【選択図】図２
