PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ATM monitoring device capable of using a ribbon in a long term as possible at a degree in which no claim related to printing density occurs from a customer.SOLUTION: An ATM monitoring device comprises: a reception part for receiving information of an ATM on which claim related to thinness of printing density on a passbook occurs, and an input of a point number of the claim on the ATM; a storage part for associating the input information of the ATM with the point number of the claim and storing them; a determination part for determining whether or not the point number of the claim exceeds a prescribed number; and a transmission part for transmitting to the ATM, an instruction so as to change a reference printing density value for promoting ribbon exchange to a printing density value at which printing density on a printing density scale becomes deep, out of a printing density scale for gradually indicating density difference of the printing density as printing density values, when the point number of the claim exceeds the prescribed number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】顧客からの印字濃度に関するクレームが発生しない範囲でリボンを長く使うことができるＡＴＭ監視装置を提供する。【解決手段】通帳の印字濃度の薄さに関するクレームがあったＡＴＭの情報と、ＡＴＭにおけるクレームのポイント数の入力を受け付ける受付部と、入力されたＡＴＭの情報と、クレームのポイント数とを関連付けて格納する格納部と、クレームのポイント数が、所定数を超えたか否かを判断する判断部と、所定数を超えた場合、印字濃度の濃淡を段階的に印字濃度値として示す印字濃度スケールのうちのリボン交換を促す基準の印字濃度値を、印字濃度スケール上の印字濃度が濃くなる印字濃度値に変更させる指示をＡＴＭへ送信する送信部とを備える。【選択図】図２
