PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the range of information on users that, when the data quantity that can be stored in a memory unit has decreased, can be deleted from the memory unit according to the extent of decrease.SOLUTION: An inferring unit 111 infers the remaining memory capacity that can be stored into a user DB 121 of a memory unit 12 and, if the remaining memory capacity is below a threshold, calculates the remaining memory capacity for sufficiently increasing the remaining memory capacity to make a memory control device 1 operable and makes it known to an evaluating unit 112. The evaluating unit 112, if the remaining memory capacity inferred by the inferring unit 111 is below the threshold, evaluates on the basis of a group of rules and weighting coefficients stated in an evaluating RB 122 attribute information on users stored in a user DB 121. The deleting unit 113 determines user information to be deleted according to the remaining memory capacity inferred by the inferring unit 111 and the value of the attribute information evaluated by the evaluating unit 112, and deletes those user information items from the user DB 121 of the memory unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】記憶部に記憶可能なデータ量が少なくなったときに、その程度に応じて記憶部から利用者に関する情報を削除する範囲を決める。【解決手段】推測部１１１は、記憶部１２の利用者ＤＢ１２１に記憶させることが可能な残り記憶容量を推測し、残り記憶容量が閾値を下回った場合、記憶制御装置１を運用可能な程度に残り記憶容量を増加させるために必要な必要データ量を計算して評価部１１２に伝える。評価部１１２は、推測部１１１が推測した残り記憶容量が閾値を下回った場合、評価ＲＢ１２２に記述された規則群や重み係数に基づいて、利用者ＤＢ１２１に記憶された利用者情報の属性情報を評価する。削除部１１３は、推測部１１１が推測した残り記憶容量や必要データ量と、評価部１１２が評価した属性情報に対する評価値とに応じて、削除対象となる利用者情報を決定し、それらの利用者情報を記憶部１２の利用者ＤＢ１２１から削除する。【選択図】図４
