Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a toner that can efficiently reduce a residual low molecular amount component in the toner, and can stably provide high-quality images even when durable printing is performed in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a toner for electrostatic charge image development of the present invention includes: an aggregation step of aggregating binder resin particles and colorant particles in an aqueous medium to form an aggregate; and a fusing step of fusing the aggregate to form a toner particle dispersion liquid. At least one step of the aggregation step and the fusing step includes a volatile organic matter removing step of discharging a volatile organic matter vaporized by heating from a reaction vessel for forming the toner particle dispersion liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明の課題は、トナー中の残留低分子量成分を効率よく低減することができ、高温高湿環境下において耐久印字を行った場合にも高品質の画像を安定して提供することができるトナーの製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明の静電荷像現像用トナーの製造方法は、水系媒体中で結着樹脂粒子と着色剤粒子とを凝集させて凝集体を形成する凝集工程と、前記凝集体を融着させてトナー粒子分散液を形成する融着工程と、を有し、前記凝集工程及び前記融着工程のうち少なくとも一方の工程が、加熱により気化した揮発性有機物を、前記トナー粒子分散液を形成する反応容器から排出する揮発性有機物除去工程を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
