Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger and a hot water device capable of suppressing generation of scale in a heat transfer pipe while having high heat transfer efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a case in which a heating gas flows inside; a fin arranged inside the case and having a plurality of insertion holes; and a heat transfer pipe inserted in the plurality of insertion holes and for flowing hot water. The plurality of insertion holes include a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole adjacent to each other arranged on the side closest to an inflow side of the heating gas, in the flow direction of the heating gas. The fin has a slit cut from an end edge on the inflow side of the heating gas to a far side from the inflow side of the heating gas with respect to a reference line for connecting the center of the first insertion hole and the center of the second insertion hole, between the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole. Also, the fin has at least one opening part between the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole. The opening part includes a first opening part having a portion located on the far side from the inflow side of the heating gas with respect to the reference line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】高い伝熱効率を有しつつ、伝熱管内のスケールの発生を抑制することのできる熱交換器および温水装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の熱交換器は、内部に加熱用気体を流すケースと、ケースの内部に配置された、複数の挿通孔を有するフィンと、複数の挿通孔に挿通され、湯水を流す伝熱管と、を備える。複数の挿通孔は、加熱用気体の流れ方向において、加熱用気体の流入側に最も近接する側に配置された、互いに隣り合う第1挿通孔および第2挿通孔を含む。フィンは、第1挿通孔と第2挿通孔との間において、加熱用気体の流入側の端縁から、第1挿通孔の中心と第2挿通孔の中心とを結ぶ基準線に対して加熱用気体の流入側から遠い側まで切り込まれたスリットを有する。また、フィンは、スリットと、第1挿通孔および第2挿通孔との間に、少なくとも1つの開口部を有する。開口部は、基準線に対して加熱用気体の流入側から遠い側に位置する部分を有する第1開口部を含む。【選択図】図4 |
