Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scale from accumulating on an inner wall of a heat transfer pipe, in a heat exchanger including a turbulent flow generation member provided inside the heat transfer pipe.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a case in which a heating gas is introduced inside; a heat transfer pipe which includes a case internal portion located inside of the case and a case external portion located outside of the case, and in which hot water is circulated inside; and a turbulent flow generation member provided inside the heat transfer pipe, and for generating the turbulence in the flow of the hot water.
