SOLVENT DILUTION TYPE FLUORINE-BASED LUBRICANT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent dilution type fluorine-based lubricant composition suppressing deposition of a solid lubricant component during use while maintaining excellent performance obtained by perfluoropolyether oil or fluorine grease and preventing aggregate of the solid lubricant due to deposition during storage.SOLUTION: The solvent dilution type fluorine-based lubricant composition is a solvent dilution type fluorine-based lubricant composition, wherein fluorine grease is dispersed in a solvent, containing a perfluoropolyether oil as a base oil, a solid lubricant and a dispersibility enhancer and wherein the dispersibility enhancer contains a fluorinated alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and an acryl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】パーフルオロポリエーテル油やフッ素グリースが有する優れた性能を維持しつつ、使用時における固体潤滑剤成分の沈降を抑制し、かつ、保管時における沈降に伴う固体潤滑剤の凝集を防止した溶剤希釈型のフッ素系潤滑剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る溶剤希釈型フッ素系潤滑剤組成物は、フッ素グリースが溶剤に分散してなる溶剤希釈型フッ素系潤滑剤組成物であって、基油であるパーフルオロポリエーテル油と、固体潤滑剤と、分散性向上剤とを含有し、分散性向上剤は、炭素数１〜１０のフッ化アルキル基と、アクリル基とを有する。【選択図】なし
