CUTTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device which can cut a cut object component in an optional direction without previously boring a vertical hole and a lateral hole on the cut object component.SOLUTION: A cutting device 10 has: a pair of pulleys for cutting which are provided on both sides of a cutting part 16 of a wire 14 for cutting in a wire saw 12, a rotation axis of which is directed in a direction orthogonal to a cutting direction of the cutting part 16, and in which the wire saw 12 is hung on a cutting direction side with respect to the rotation axis; cutting angle change means 18, 61 which rotatably support the pulley for cutting, and which is rotated so as to change a direction of the rotation axis of the pulley for cutting; and moving means 34, 36 which movably support the wire saw 12 and the cutting angle change means 18, and move the cutting part 16 of the wire 14 for cutting in the cutting direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被切断部材に縦孔及び横孔を予め穿設せずに、任意の方向に切断できる切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】切断装置１０は、ワイヤーソー１２の、切断用ワイヤー１４の切断部１６の両側に設けられ、切断部１６の切断方向と直交する方向に回転軸を向け、回転軸より切断方向側にワイヤーソー１２が掛けられている一対の切断用プーリーと、切断用プーリーを回転自在に支持し、回動して、切断方向に応じて切断用プーリーの回転軸の方向を変更する切断角度変更手段１８、６１と、ワイヤーソー１２と切断角度変更手段１８を移動可能に支持し、切断用ワイヤー１４の切断部１６を、切断方向へ移動させる移動手段３４、３６と、を有している。【選択図】図１
