【課題】運転員の経験や勘に左右されることなく、ループ復旧に適した信頼性の高い調整設備を早期に選定すること。【解決手段】ループ系統においてループオフが発生した場合、データベースから、各線路および各調整設備に関する情報を取得し、取得された情報に基づいて、直流法にしたがって算出された位相差Δθおよび電圧差ΔVに基づいて一連の演算をおこなって調整設備を選択した後、交流法にしたがって算出された位相差Δθ'および電圧差ΔV'に基づいて、直流法にしたがった算出結果に基づいて選択された調整設備が妥当であると判断した場合に、一連の演算結果である操作票を出力する制御所システムを構成した。【選択図】図8 |
