PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a highly reliable adjustment facility suitable for loop restoration at an early stage without being affected by operator's experience and intuition.SOLUTION: In the case that loop-off occurs in a loop system, a control center system is configured to acquire information on each line and each adjustment facility from a database, perform a series of calculations on the basis of a phase difference Δθ and a voltage difference ΔV calculated according to a DC method to select an adjustment facility on the basis of the acquired information, and after that, output an operation slip being a series of calculation results in the case that the adjustment facility selected on the basis of the calculation results according to the DC method is determined to be adequate on the basis of a phase difference Δθ' and a voltage difference ΔV' calculated according to the DC method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】運転員の経験や勘に左右されることなく、ループ復旧に適した信頼性の高い調整設備を早期に選定すること。【解決手段】ループ系統においてループオフが発生した場合、データベースから、各線路および各調整設備に関する情報を取得し、取得された情報に基づいて、直流法にしたがって算出された位相差Δθおよび電圧差ΔＶに基づいて一連の演算をおこなって調整設備を選択した後、交流法にしたがって算出された位相差Δθ'および電圧差ΔＶ'に基づいて、直流法にしたがった算出結果に基づいて選択された調整設備が妥当であると判断した場合に、一連の演算結果である操作票を出力する制御所システムを構成した。【選択図】図８
