PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutter grinder that grinds only a flank surface of a grinding tip by pressing the grinding tip against a grinding surface while rotating a rotary cutter being attached to a mower.SOLUTION: A rotary cutter grinder 1 is capable of grinding a grinding tip 612 of a rotary cutter 61 being attached to a mower 6.
