PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program that allow a user to easily confirm lots of information on the state of a heating cooker while restraining consumption of storage capacity comprised in a user terminal device.SOLUTION: A user terminal device 2 and a server device 3 are connected with a network 4, and the user terminal device 2 and a heating cooker 1 can communicate with each other. The sever device 3 generates explanation information display data for having explanation information to explain the state of the heating cooker 1 to a user displayed on a display screen 12 of the user terminal device 2.
