Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiling-water reactor provided with: densely arranged hexagonal columnar fuel assemblies; and Y-shaped control rods inserted among three fuel assemblies arranged adjacently to one another, and capable of smoothly carrying out initial fuel loading work and fuel exchanging work by preventing interference of the fuel assemblies and the Y-shaped control rods with each other.SOLUTION: The boiling-water reactor is provided with: densely arranged hexagonal columnar fuel assemblies 14; and Y-shaped control rods 15 inserted among three fuel assemblies 14 arranged adjacently to one another. This boiling-water reactor has vertical guides 24 that vertically extend among the three fuel assemblies 14 and on each horizontal extensions of three blades constituting the Y-shaped control rods 15, and have widths T1 larger than thicknesses T2 of the blades of the Y-shaped control rods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】稠密に配置された六角柱形状の燃料集合体と、互いに隣接した3体の燃料集合体の間に挿入されるY字型制御棒とを備えた沸騰水型原子炉において、燃料集合体とY字型制御棒との干渉を防止することにより、燃料初装荷作業又は燃料交換作業を円滑に行うことを可能とした沸騰水型原子炉を提供する。【解決手段】稠密に配置された六角柱形状の燃料集合体14と、互いに隣接した3体の燃料集合体14の間に挿入されるY字型制御棒15とを備えた沸騰水型原子炉において、前記3体の燃料集合体14の間でかつ前記Y字型制御棒15を構成する3枚の翼のそれぞれの水平方向延長上に鉛直方向に延び、前記Y字型制御棒の翼の厚さT2よりも大きな幅T1を有する鉛直ガイド24を設置する。【選択図】図6
