Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve controllability of intake system components including an actuator by securing responsiveness of the actuator in reversing a vane operation direction.SOLUTION: There is provided a control device 1 of an engine, which includes a turbocharger with a variable vane, and an actuator 14 for changing a vane opening. The actuator 14 has a characteristic that command values are different between a time when moving the vane in a closing direction and a time when moving the same in an opening direction so as to have a prescribed opening. The control device 1 includes: a first control portion 2 for setting a target opening Kof the vane on the basis of an operating condition; a determining portion 3 for determining whether or not a vane operation direction is in reversing timing from any one of the opening direction and the closing direction to the other on the basis of the target opening K; a second control portion 4 for setting a target driving force Dof the actuator 14 on the basis of the target opening K; and a learning portion 5 for setting a learning value DL on the basis of an actual value Tdof a delay time from the reversing timing to start of change of an opening, and a reference value Tdof a preset delay time, and making the learning value DL be reflected on the target driving force Din reversing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ベーンの動作方向の反転時におけるアクチュエータの応答性を確保し、アクチュエータを含む吸気系部品の制御性を向上させる。【解決手段】可変ベーン付きのターボチャージャとベーン開度を変更するアクチュエータ14とを備えたエンジンの制御装置1である。アクチュエータ14は、所定の開度にするためにベーンを閉鎖方向へ動かすときと開放方向へ動かすときとで指令値が異なる特性を持つ。制御装置1には、運転状態に基づいてベーンの目標開度KTGTを設定する第一制御部2と、目標開度KTGTに基づきベーンの動作方向の反転時か否かを判定する判定部3と、目標開度KTGTに基づいてアクチュエータ14の目標駆動力DTGTを設定する第二制御部4と、反転時から開度が変化し始めるまでの遅れ時間の実際値TdACTと予め設定された遅れ時間の基準値TdSTとに基づき学習値DLを設定し、反転時の目標駆動力DTGTに学習値DLを反映させる学習部5と、を設ける。【選択図】図4 |
