The composition when cured, has a hardness measured by Shore A scale less than 30, thermal conductivity of no less than 0.2 W/m K, and has a tacky surface. A power converter filled with the soft tacky gel and the process of manufacturing the power converter are also provided. Also provided is the composition, wherein the surface of the tacky gel has a tackiness value of greater than 2.5 grams and wherein the composition comprises ground quartz having an average particle size of less than 5 μm as a thermally conductive filler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋外使用で耐え、熱伝導性であるポッタントの提供。【解決手段】電力変換装置(100)、マイクロインバータ内のポッタント(105)として使用するためのポリマー、特にシリコーンゲルを含む軟質の粘着性の組成物。硬化したときに、組成物は、ショアAスケールで測定して30未満の硬度、0.2W/m・K以上の熱伝導性を有し、かつ粘着性の表面を有する。その軟質粘着性ゲルによって充填された電力変換装置と、電力変換装置の製造方法。前記粘着性ゲルの表面が2.5g以上の大きな粘着度を有し、5μm未満の平均粒子径を有する石英粉末を熱伝導性充填材を含む組成物。【選択図】図1 |
