Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rust from being generated inside a screw hole through applying plating treatment inside the screw hole by using a through-nut.SOLUTION: Provided is an insert molded article 10 which includes: a through-nut 20 in which a screw hole 21 is opened and plating treatment is applied on an entire surface including an inner face of the screw hole 21; a lid member (resin cap 30) which seals an opening on one side (upper-side opening 22) out of the openings on both sides of the through-nut 20; and a resin part 40 which covers the through-nut 20 and the lid member while having the opening on the other side (lower-side opening 23) of the through-nut 20 facing outer side. With such insert molded article 10, plating treatment can be applied inside the screw hole 21 by using the through-nut 20. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rust from being generated inside the screw hole 21 even when water enters into the screw hole 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】貫通ナットを用いることでねじ孔の内部にめっき処理を施し、ねじ孔の内部に錆が発生することを防止する。【解決手段】本明細書によって開示されるインサート成形品10は、ねじ孔21が貫通して形成され、ねじ孔21の内面を含んだ表面全体にめっき処理が施された貫通ナット20と、貫通ナット20の両端開口のうち一側開口(上側開口22)を閉止する蓋部材(樹脂キャップ30)と、貫通ナット20の他側開口(下側開口23)を外部に臨ませつつ貫通ナット20と蓋部材を覆う樹脂部40とを備えた構成とした。このようなインサート成形品10によると、貫通ナット20を用いることでねじ孔21の内部にめっき処理を施すことができる。したがって、ねじ孔21の内部に水が浸入した場合でも、ねじ孔21の内部に錆が発生することを防止できる。【選択図】図6 |
