Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately measuring a target component in a biological sample by means of a pretreatment reaction and detection reaction using enzymes in a case where the structure and properties of a disturbance component are similar to those of the target component and the target component is digested by a pretreatment reaction, or in a case where measurement without increasing the dilute strength of a sample is required.SOLUTION: Provided is a measurement method for a target component to be measured in a biological sample. In a measurement in which the target component in the biological sample is made to react with enzyme A and detected, when the method includes a step of removing a disturbance component of the reaction using another enzyme B and the target component reacts with both enzyme A and enzyme B, the method is characterized by adding a compound which has higher substrate specificity against enzyme B than that of the target component and/or which reacts with enzyme B more quickly than the target component in a disturbance component removing step.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】酵素を用いた前処理反応と検出反応による生体試料中の測定対象成分の測定で,測定対象成分と妨害成分の構造や性質が類似しており前処理反応で測定対象成分が消化される場合や検体の希釈倍率を高くしないで測定する必要がある場合に,測定対象成分を正確に測定する方法が求められていた。【解決手段】生体試料中の測定対象成分を酵素Aと反応させて検出する測定において,別の酵素Bにて該反応の妨害成分を除去する工程を備えており,該測定対象成分が酵素A及び酵素Bの双方と反応する場合に,該妨害成分を除去する工程に,酵素Bへの基質特異性が該測定対象成分よりも高い,及び/または,酵素Bとの酵素反応が該測定対象成分よりも早い化合物を加えることを特徴とする生体試料中の測定対象成分の測定方法を提供する。【選択図】なし |
