Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector for wiring harness and a manufacturing method of wiring harness which are capable of reducing the number of protectors required in a wiring harness.SOLUTION: A protector 10 comprises: a body part 11 which defines a plurality of routes through which wires constituting a wiring harness can pass; and a wire holding part 12; and a cover part 13 covering the body part and the wire holding part. The body part includes a first route 31 and a second route 32 partitioned by a partition wall 23 as the plurality of routes, and has a first sidewall 21 which faces the partition wall while sandwiching the first route and a second sidewall 22 which faces the partition wall while sandwiching the second route. The wire holding part 12 has a holding piece 41 which can be arranged so as to extend from the first sidewall toward the partition wall while passing an upper area of the first route; an engaging piece 42 which can be arranged so as to extend from the partition wall toward the second sidewall while passing a lower area of the second route; and an intermediate piece 43 connecting the holding piece with the engaging piece, and can be fixed to the body part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ワイヤハーネスに要するプロテクタの数を低減可能なワイヤハーネス用プロテクタ及びワイヤハーネスの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】プロテクタ10は、ワイヤハーネスを構成する電線が通過可能な複数の経路を画成する本体部11と、電線保持部12と、本体部及び電線保持部を覆うカバー部13と、を備える。本体部は、複数の経路として、隔壁23に隔てられた第1経路31及び第2経路32を含むと共に、第1経路を挟んで隔壁と向かい合う第1側壁21及び第2経路を挟んで隔壁と向かい合う第2側壁22を有する。電線保持部12は、第1経路の上側を通って第1側壁から隔壁に向けて延びるように配置可能な保持片41、第2経路の下側を通って隔壁から第2側壁に向けて延びるように配置可能な係合片42及び保持片と係合片とを繋ぐ中間片43を有すると共に、本体部に固定可能である。【選択図】図2 |
