Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that effectively assists in processing a request to a division in charge of work that corresponds to notification.SOLUTION: An assist device of the present invention comprises: extraction means for extracting a related phrase that corresponds to the notification and a division in charge that is associated with the related phrase from notification information relating to notification received from the outside and consisting of a plurality of characters; and display control means for having a display device display a request input screen for requesting the division in charge for the work, the screen including the notification information.
