Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device for controlling the movement of own vehicle capable of properly executing a control to move own vehicle to a target lane.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device in an embodiment includes: a target movement estimation part that estimates a movement with respect to a target area as an area where there may be no other vehicles travelling on the traffic lane as the target of traffic lane change in a future based on a movement of other vehicles travelling on the traffic lane (S190); a control value setting part sets a control value of own vehicle required for coordinating the movement of the target area and the movement of own vehicle (S220, S230, S310, S320); and a movement control part controls movement of own vehicle according to the set control value (S320).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】自車両の運動を制御する車両制御装置において、自車両を進路変更先に移動させる制御を適切に実施できるようにする。【解決手段】本発明の一側面の車両制御装置において、目標運動推定部は、進路変更先の車線において、該車線を走行する他車両の運動に基づいて、未来において該車線を走行する他車両が存在しない領域を表す目標領域についての運動を推定する(S190)。制御量設定部は、目標領域の運動と自車両の運動とを一致させるために必要となる自車両の制御量を設定する(S220,S230,S310,S320)。運動制御部は、設定された制御量に従って自車両の運動を制御する(S320)。【選択図】図2
