Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal joint module including a base, a first support base, spherical rotational shaft, a fixing tool, and an elastic member, and a head mount-type displaying device.SOLUTION: A base includes: an inner space; a hole communicating with the inner space; and an opening communicating with the inner space and facing to the hole. A first support base is positioned in the inner space. A spherical rotational shaft includes a spherical head and a shaft body connected to the spherical head, the spherical head being rotationally positioned in the inner space and being in contact with the first support base, in which the shaft body penetrates the hole. A fixing tool is positioned near an opening in the inner space, and movably fixed to the base so as to adjust a distance between the fixing tool and the first support base. An elastic member is provided in the inner space so as to be positioned between the first support base and the fixing tool.
