Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for barrel plating, even in the case where the compact objects to be plated are subjected to plating, capable of using stirring media with a size larger than that of the objects to be plated, efficiently stirring the objects to be plated to suppress the sticking of the objects to be plated each other, and capable of performing stable plating, a plating method, and a method for producing an electronic component.SOLUTION: Provided is a fixture for barrel plating including: a container body 10 stored with the objects 1 to be plated, conductive media 2 and stirring media 3, in which a rotary shaft X is tiltedly rotated to a horizontal direction H, having a bottom and a square-cylindrical shape, and in which a tilted part 8 is provided between the bottom part 5 and side parts 7; and a partition member 20 arranged so as to form a gap G passing through the objects to be plated and not passing through the stirring media between the side parts of the container body and the inner circumferential face of the boundary of the tilted part, the container body is partitioned into the first region 11 closer to the bottom part of the container body and the second region 12 farther from the bottom part by a partition member, and at least the first region is rollably stored with the stirring media.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】小型の被めっき物にめっきを行う場合にも、被めっき物に比べて寸法の大きい攪拌メディアを用いることが可能で、被めっき物を効率よく攪拌して、被めっき物どうしのくっつきを抑制しつつ、安定しためっきを行うことが可能なバレルめっき用治具、めっき方法、および電子部品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】被めっき物1、導電メディア2、攪拌メディア3を収容し、回転軸Xが水平方向Hに対して傾斜して回転する、有底、角筒状で、底部5と側部7との間に傾斜部8を備えた容器本体10と、容器本体の側部と傾斜部の境界部の内周面との間に、被めっき物は通過させ、攪拌メディアは通過させない間隙Gが形成されるように仕切部材20を配設し、仕切部材により容器本体を底部に近い方の第1領域11と、底部から遠い方の第2領域12に仕切るとともに、少なくとも第1領域に、攪拌メディアが転動可能に収容されるようにする。【選択図】図1
