Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding-machine clamping device capable of being downsized even when used with a molding machine exhibiting a high clamping force.SOLUTION: An injection molding machine 1 includes: a fixed platen 3; a movable platen 4; a tie bar 5 penetrating through those; and a clamping cylinder (clamping means) 6 provided on one side of the fixed platen 3. The movable platen 4 and the tie bar 5 come in a connected state where both are connected by a connecting unit 8 and in a released state where connection thereof is released. A die-thickness adjustment stroke S1 of the clamping cylinder 6 is set to be equivalent to a pitch P of an engaging groove 5a and an engaging protrusion 5b of the tie bar 5. An engaging nail 8a and the engaging groove 5a are engaged to acquire the connected state. The engaging nail 8a may be a single member and may simply be engaged with a single engaging groove 5a. Therefore, through securing the strength of those members, the clamping device that is small in size but capable of providing a high clamping force can be acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】型締力が高い成形機であっても、装置の小型化が可能な成形機用型締装置を提供する。【解決手段】射出成形機1は、固定プラテン3と、可動プラテン4と、これらを貫通するタイバー5と、固定プラテン3の一側に設けられた型締シリンダ(型締手段)6とを有する。可動プラテン4とタイバー5とは、連結装置8により両者が連結された連結状態と、両者の連結が解除された解除状態となる。型締シリンダ6の型厚調整ストロークS1と、タイバー5の係合溝5a及び係合凸部5bのピッチPを等しくする。係合爪8aと係合溝5aの係合により連結状態とする。係合爪8aは1個の部材でよく、1本の係合溝5aに係合すればよいので、これらの部材の強度を確保すれば、小型でありながら高い型締力を有する型締装置とすることができる。【選択図】図2
