Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage/reactive power control apparatus and method for balancing reactive power by settling a voltage at a monitoring point of a power system within an allowable range, and a voltage/reactive power control system.SOLUTION: A monitoring point is set to a local system that is obtained by appropriately dividing a power system. The local system comprises a voltage/reactive power control device capable of regulating a voltage/reactive power at the monitoring point. On the basis of optimal load-flow calculation using entire system data of the power system, a control target value for the voltage/reactive power at the monitoring point of the local system is set. Past history information about a state of the power system is used to generate a correction function for correcting the control target value with a state change of the power system relating to the monitoring point, and the control target value and at least one or more correction functions are outputted. If the control target value is different from system data of the local system, a controlled variable of the voltage/reactive power control device required for achieving the control target value is calculated using the correction function, and the voltage/reactive power control device is controlled in accordance with the controlled variable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電力系統の監視点の電圧を許容範囲内に収め、無効電力のバランスを取るための電圧・無効電力制御装置、方法、および電圧・無効電力制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】電力系統を適宜に分割したローカル系統に監視点を設定する。ローカル系統は監視点の電圧・無効電力を調整可能な電圧・無効電力制御機器を備える。電力系統の全体系統データを用いた最適潮流計算に基づいて、ローカル系統の監視点の電圧・無効電力の制御目標値を設定するとともに、電力系統の状態の過去履歴情報を用いて、制御目標値を監視点に関わる電力系統の状態変化に伴い補正する補正関数を生成し、制御目標値と、少なくとも1つ以上の補正関数を出力する。制御目標値がローカル系統の系統データと相違するときに、補正関数を用いて制御目標値を達成するために必要な電圧・無効電力制御機器の制御量を算出し、制御量に応じて電圧・無効電力制御機器を制御する。【選択図】図1 |
