Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element having excellent durability while suppressing charging.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element includes: a first conductive layer having a first substrate and a conductive layer formed on one face of the first substrate, where the conductive layer has at least one first conductive section; and a second conductive layer arranged on the outside of the first conductive layer and having at least one second conductive section. The photoelectric conversion element has at least one photoelectric conversion cell, the photoelectric conversion cell includes a first conductive section, a second substrate opposed to the first conductive section and an annular seal section for jointing the first substrate to the second substrate, and a first groove is formed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer.
