Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which is arranged so as to suppress the infiltration of moisture from the outside, and which is superior in reliability.SOLUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor 100 comprises: a capacitor element CU having a positive electrode 1 composed of a piece of Al foil having a core part 1A and a porous part 1B, a dielectric layer composed of an Al oxide film on the surface of the porous part 1B, and a negative electrode 2 including a solid electrolyte layer 2A; a substrate 4 including a base 4A and a lead conductor 4B; an exterior packaging part 6 sealing the capacitor element CU on the substrate 4 so that an end of the positive electrode 1 and an end of the lead conductor 4B are exposed with the negative electrode 2 connected with the lead conductor 4B; and a first external electrode 7 formed on a surface of the exterior packaging part 6, and connected with the lead conductor 4B, and a second external electrode 8 connected with the end of the positive electrode 1. 【課題】外部からの水分の浸入が抑制され、信頼性に優れた固体電解コンデンサを提供する。【解決手段】固体電解コンデンサ100は、芯部1Aおよび多孔質部1Bを有するAl箔である陽極1と、多孔質部1Bの表面のAl酸化物膜である誘電体層と、固体電解質層2Aを含む陰極2とを備えたコンデンサ素子CUと、基体4Aおよび引き出し導体4Bを含む基板4と、陰極2と引き出し導体4Bとが接続された状態で、陽極1の端部および引き出し導体4Bの端部が露出するように、基板4上にコンデンサ素子CUを封止する外装部6と、外装部6の表面に形成され、引き出し導体4Bと接続された第1の外部電極7および陽極1の端部と接続された第2の外部電極8とを備える。外装部6から露出している陽極1の端部における多孔質部1B2の厚みは、陰極の形成されている領域における多孔質部1B1の厚みより薄い。【選択図】図1 |
