Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic analysis method of lithium ion secondary battery which allows for accurate analysis of battery characteristic by a simple method in a short time, and to provide characteristic analysis device.SOLUTION: In a characteristic analysis method of a secondary battery for estimating the characteristic value of a member, by using a model formula having the characteristic value of a member constituting a battery 20, and fitting the voltage value of the battery represented by the model formula to the measurement data, the measurement data is obtained by applying a charge discharge pattern, including an operation period consisting of any one of the constant current discharge period or the constant current charge period, and an idle period provided following to the operation period, to the battery of analysis object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】簡易な方法で、かつ、短時間に電池特性の正確な解析を行うことができるリチウムイオン二次電池の特性解析方法、および、特性解析装置を提供すること。【解決手段】電池20を構成する部材の特性値をパラメータとするモデル式を用いて、モデル式で表される電池の電圧値を実測データにフィッティングさせることで、部材の特性値を推定する二次電池の特性解析方法であって、実測データが、定電流放電期間または定電流充電期間のいずれかからなる動作期間と、動作期間に引き続いて設けられた休止期間とを含む充放電パターンを解析対象の電池に印加して得られたものである。【選択図】図3
