Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analyzing type particle size distribution measuring device capable of measuring particles of a relatively wide particle size distribution even of a wet distribution type.SOLUTION: A device for measuring particle size distribution on the basis of an image of multiple particles in liquid is equipped with a light-transmissive channel member 10 having a flat inclined face 12, an illuminating unit 20 that illuminates with light multiple particles in liquid flowing on the inclined face 12 over the inclined face 12, an image pickup unit 30 that picks up images of the multiple particles in liquid flowing on the inclined face 12 from a position reverse to the illuminating unit 20 as viewed from the inclined face 12, and an image analyzing unit that figures out values of the sizes of individual particles on the basis of particle images obtained from the image pickup unit 30 and calculates particle size distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】画像解析型の粒度分布測定装置において、湿式分散タイプであっても比較的幅広い粒度分布の粒子を測定可能な粒度分布測定装置を提供すること。【解決手段】液体中の複数の粒子の粒子画像に基づいて粒度分布を測定する装置であって、平坦な傾斜面12を有する透光性の流路部材10と、傾斜面12上を流れる液体中の複数の粒子に向けて傾斜面12越しに光を照射する照明装置20と、傾斜面12から見て照明装置20とは反対側の位置から傾斜面12上の液体中の複数の粒子を撮像する撮像装置30と、撮像装置30から得た粒子画像に基づいて個々の粒子の大きさを表す値を求めて粒度分布を算出する画像解析装置とを備える。【選択図】 図2
