PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower frame installing member capable of preventing an increase in cost and labor, without requiring to highly placing mortar on an outdoor floor surface, even when a height up to an indoor floor material surface from an outdoor floor surface such as a veranda floor surface becomes high.SOLUTION: A lower frame installing member comprises an indoor side fixing plate part 11 for covering an outdoors-exposing part from an opening of a building in rising from an indoor side floor slab 53 of the building, a lower side fixing plate 12 extending to the outdoor side from a lower end part of the indoor side fixing plate part 11, opposed to an upper surface of an opening lower side forming part 60 for forming the lower side of the opening part and fixed to the opening lower side forming part 60 via a fixing member 62 and a floating frame plate part 13 extending from an outdoor side end part of the lower side fixing plate part 12 and having a front side surface opposed to the indoor side fixing plate part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ベランダ床面などの屋外の床面から屋内の床材面までの高さが高くなった場合でも、屋外の床面にモルタルを高く打設する必要がなく、コストおよび手間の増大を防止することができる下枠装着部材を提供する。【解決手段】建物の屋内側の床スラブ５３からの立ち上がりにおける、建物の開口部から屋外へ露出する部分を覆う屋内側固定板部１１と、屋内側固定板部１１の下端部から屋外側へ延び、開口部の下側を形成するための開口下側形成部６０の上面に対向し、固定部材６２を介して開口下側形成部６０に固定される下側固定板部１２と、下側固定板部１２の屋外側端部から延び、屋内側固定板部１１に対向する前側面を有する浮かし枠板部１３とを有する。【選択図】図２
