Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure binding integrating method, easy in work even in a narrow small space, reducing work manhours, and capable of integrating a plurality of concrete structures in a short time by proper prestress.SOLUTION: A structure binding integrating method executes a tension material inserting process of installing an HG grip H1 for correcting a set quantity by having a screw-cutting sleeve H3 and a ring nut H2 for threadedly engaging with one end of a tension material by inserting the tension material, a secondary tension process of tensioning the tension material in a state of mutually fitting projection parts 61 and 51 and recessed parts 50 and 61 of a movable ring 6 and a fixed ring 5 by rotating the movable ring 6 by a predetermined angle without removing a tension jack after a primary tension process by using the tension jack having the movable ring 5 and the fixed ring 6 having the mutually fittable projection parts 51 and 61 and recessed parts 50 and 60 and a ring nut adjusting process of adjusting by rotating the ring nut H2 up to eliminating a clearance of the HG grip H1 generated by the secondary tension process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】狭小スペースでも作業が容易で作業工数が少なく短時間で適切なプレストレスで複数のコンクリート構造物を一体化することができる構造物緊結一体化工法を提供する。【解決手段】構造物緊結一体化工法において、緊張材を挿通して緊張材の一端に螺合するねじ切りスリーブH3とリングナットH2を有してセット量を補正するためのHGグリップH1を取り付ける緊張材挿通工程と、互いに嵌り合い可能な凸部51,61と凹部50,60を有する可動リング5と固定リング6を備える緊張ジャッキを用いて1次緊張工程後に緊張ジャッキを取り外すことなく可動リング6を所定角度回転させて可動リング6と固定リング5の凸部61,51と凹部50,61が嵌り合った状態で緊張材を緊張する2次緊張工程と、前記2次緊張工程により生じたHGグリップH1の隙間が無くなるまでリングナットH2を回して調整するリングナット調整工程とを行う。【選択図】図3 |
