Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective recycling method of a defective fired cement clinker having higher possibility of defective firing than normal cement during continuously manufacturing a cement clinker having total amount of CA and CAF calculated by a Bogue equation of 22% to 32%, CS amount of 60% or more and iron modulus (I.M.) of 0.8 to 1.3 with a rotary kiln.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a clinker by analyzing a chemical composition of an article to be fired, pulverizing the article to be fired which is considered to be defective firing as a result of the analysis, then adding the same to a cement clinker raw material and re-firing the same. There is provided a manufacturing method of a clinker, wherein added amount of a pulverized product with the article to be fired to the cement clinker raw material is desirable 10% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ボーグ式により算出されるC3AおよびC4AFの合計量が22%〜32%、C3S量が60%以上、鉄率(I.M.)が0.8〜1.3であるセメントクリンカーをロータリーキルンで連続的に製造するに際し、焼成不良となる可能性が、普通セメントよりも高めであり、前記焼成不良となったセメントクリンカーの有効な再利用方法の提供。【解決手段】被焼成物の化学組成を分析し、その結果、焼成不良と判断された被焼成物は粉砕後、セメントクリンカー原料へ添加し、再焼成するクリンカーの製造方法。好ましくは、セメントクリンカー原料への被焼成物との粉砕物の添加量は10%以下とすることが望ましい、クリンカーの製造方法。【選択図】なし |
