PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a cap seal in which a split is generated surely when the cap seal is pulled.SOLUTION: A container A with a cap seal comprises: a container B comprising a trunk part 3 and a neck part 2 including a cap part 1; and a cap seal C2 which is heat shrinkage attached to the neck part 2 containing the cap part 1. On an outer surface of the neck part 2 containing the cap part 1, a surface to which the cap seal C2 is attached, comprises a protrusion surface 2a protruding outward, and a recess surface 2b having a circumference smaller than that of the protrusion surface 2a.
