Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method and a device capable of welding a component 3 to a main body 1 while positioning it accurately and welding it, as well as accurately determining whether or not the component 3 is welded at a predetermined position in a predetermined posture.SOLUTION: A welding method comprises: setting a measuring machine 6 for measuring position coordinates of a component 3, to a main body 1; positioning the component 3 with respect to the main body 1 on the basis of result of measurement by the measuring machine 6; welding the component 3 to the main body, while the measuring machine 6 is set to the main body 1; and measuring the position coordinates of the welded component 3 using the measuring machine 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】部品3を本体1に精度良く位置決めして溶接するとともに、部品3が予定の位置及び姿勢で溶接されているかを精度良く検出できるようにする。【解決手段】部品3の位置座標を計測するための計測機6を本体1にセットし、計測機6による計測結果に基づいて本体1に対する部品3の位置決めを行ない、計測機6を本体1にセットした状態で、本体に対する部品3の溶接を行ない、溶接後の部品3の位置座標を当該計測機6によって計測する。【選択図】図1
