Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid separation element 10 for compressed gas which is cylindrical and is placed vertically, and can improve evenness of ventilating performance of the compressed gas over the whole length of the element under a condition of being attached to a gas-liquid separation apparatus, to achieve effective gas-liquid separation, and a gas-liquid separation apparatus.SOLUTION: A gas-liquid separation element 10 for compressed gas is cylindrical and is placed vertically. The element 10 is used so that compressed gas introduced from a gas introduction port 12 at the upper end surface is passed from the inside to the outside, to separate gas and liquid, and the treated compressed gas is exhausted upward. Comprised are a main filtering material 21 which is provide as cylindrical to separate gas and liquid, and a ventilation resistance member 22 which is arranged at the inner periphery side of the main filtering material 21, and generates such a resistance gradient that the ventilation resistance at the upper end side of the element becomes higher step-wise or continuously, compared with the lower end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】円筒状で縦置きに使用される場合であって、気液分離装置に装着された状態でのエレメントの全長において、圧縮気体の通気性の均一性を向上することができ、効果的な気液分離を実現できる圧縮気体用気液分離エレメント10及び気液分離装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】円筒状で縦置き用に設けられ、上端面の気体導入口12から導入される圧縮気体を内側から外側へ通過させて気液を分離し、処理された圧縮気体が上方へ排出されるように使用される圧縮気体用気液分離エレメント10において、気液を分離するように円筒状に設けられた主濾材21と、主濾材21の内周側に配され、エレメントの上端側の方が下端側に比べて通気抵抗が段階的又は連続的に高くなるように抵抗勾配を生じさせる通気抵抗部材22とを具備する。【選択図】図1 |
