Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze periodontitis pathogenic bacteria at room temperature conveniently and quickly.SOLUTION: The arginine specific peptidase activities of 3 strains of periodontitis pathogenic bacteria: Porphyromonas gingivalis, Treponema denticola, and Tannerella forsythesis, are analyzed at room temperature, wherein, a first compound having antioxidant action or a second compound having the actions to protect an SH group (mercapto group) and cut a disulfide bond are made to exist in a sample during analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】室温で簡便かつ迅速に歯周病原因菌を分析する。【解決手段】歯周病原因菌のうちPorphyromonas gingivalis、Treponema denticola、Tannerella forsythesisの3菌種のアルギニン特異的ペプチダーゼ活性を室温にて分析する。その際に、抗酸化作用を有する第1の化合物およびまたはSH基(メルカプト基)を保護し、ジスルフィド結合を切断する作用を有する第2の化合物を、検体分析時に存在させておく。【選択図】図1
